Road to Pro Program
In order to polish our club players into more complete athletes, we are adding a next level of play with our partners "Himmarshee FC"
With this next level of play, we take our older players when we see them performing optimally and are ready to play at a higher level apart from travel football. For example, if our athlete is 16 years of age but can tactically, technically, physically, and mentally handle the pressure of the game, then we believe they should be placed at an amateur/semi-professional level.
Himmarshee FC hosts a player safe environment and is ran by former management of the historic Ft. Lauderdale Strikers. It is coached by our DOC, Coach Marlon, and only the best of training is given to our top class players. Ex professional footballers and aspiring college players currently make up the roster, many whom have played at our Margate United FC in years past.
All games are filmed (footage is key if a player chooses to expose themselves). Games against pro and semi-pro teams such as Miami United FC, Boca Raton FC, Red Force FC, etc., are on a regular basis. Team will play in league and cup format year round (Gold Coast Soccer League, UPS:, NSL, South Florida Champions Cup).
Players to qualify need only to show an excellent understanding of the game.
